We're joined by former Australian Dropbears Head Coach Gen Middleton to discuss all the ins and outs of coaching quidditch at the highest level. Having started her coaching career in Gymnastics, Gen tells us about the skills she learnt which she brought to her role as a quidditch coach and all the hard work that went into putting together the 2016 Dropbears team that won the World Cup. Within the overall topic of Coaching, we discuss the importance of people management, self-evaluation, gender, culture, and personal development both as a coach and as a player. Some excellent insights from one of the sport's highest achieving coaches.

Hello and happy new year! Firstly, apologies for the lack of content, I'm aware it's been a LONG time since I've published an article. Rivalries are undeniably what makes sport so compelling and in quidditch they don't come much bigger than the one between Titans Paris and Antwerp QC A. This week, the quidditch world was rocked by the tragic news of Antwerp QC announcing that they will no longer exist as a club with immediate effect.
