Our series 4 finale episode is another trip into the unknown experimenting with a new type of episode. Jay Holmes joins us to talk about the topic of team culture. Throughout the episode we discuss this in all kinds of different aspects drawing on examples from our experiences playing quidditch and other sports and identifying key traits and behaviours that people should strive for in order to create a positive team culture.

Hello and happy new year! Firstly, apologies for the lack of content, I'm aware it's been a LONG time since I've published an article. The plan is to get back to producing at least one per month but as always, I can't promise anything. Rivalries are undeniably what makes sport so compelling and in quidditch they don't come much bigger than the one between Titans Paris and Antwerp QC A. Extinction event: Remembering how Antwerp QC helped shape European quidditch

This week, the quidditch world was rocked by the tragic news of Antwerp QC announcing that they will no longer exist as a club with immediate effect.
