European Games 2022 Preview Guests Suzanne Fischer and Emma 'Jandels' Humphrey join us to look ahead to this weekend's European Games 2022. We return to Limerick, Ireland for another international tournament this time with 20 national teams from across Europe (as well as Australia and Hong Kong) competing to win the European crown. We talk about our previous experiences of EG as a tournament, what to expect (or not expect) from the attending teams, the gameplay format, Day 1 fixtures, and ultimately who we feel will win the tournament. Having started her coaching career in Gymnastics, Gen tells us about the skills she learnt which she brought to her role as a quidditch coach and all the hard work that went into putting together the 2016 Dropbears team that won the World Cup. Within the overall topic of Coaching, we discuss the importance of people management, self-evaluation, gender, culture, and personal development both as a coach and as a player.
